A LITTLE ABOUT ME

The Person Behind MindWorks

I've always been fascinated by people. Why we think the way we do, why certain experiences stay with us, and why we can sometimes understand a pattern perfectly and still have such a hard time changing it.

That curiosity is what eventually led me to clinical hypnotherapy, mind-body psychology, and continuing my education in psychology. The more I've learned, the more interested I've become in the connection between our experiences, thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and the patterns we may not even realize we're carrying.

Brooke Ashley MindWorks grew from that curiosity and from wanting to create something that feels different from a cold or overly clinical environment. I want people to feel comfortable being themselves here. You don't have to have the perfect words, know exactly why you're struggling with something, or fit neatly into a box before we can start exploring what you'd like to change.

THE MIND-BODY CONNECTION

More Than Just a Thought

The way we think, feel, respond, and behave doesn't happen in separate little boxes. Our experiences can shape the patterns we develop, our emotions can influence how our bodies respond, and sometimes our reactions become so familiar that we don't even realize they're happening automatically. That's one of the things I find so interesting about the mind-body connection. Rather than focusing only on the behavior someone wants to change, I believe it's valuable to become curious about the patterns surrounding it. Hypnotherapy offers a focused space to explore those patterns, build greater awareness, and work toward change in a way that feels personal to you.

Understanding the pattern can be part of changing it.
